Breakfast. Enjoy a full day excursion by Jeep Safari in the Cretan Mountains. Drive through small villages such as Skotino, Harasso and Smari, to reach Kastelli village for a coffee stop.
Continue your adventure with an off-road drive high up the mountain range of Asteroussia, to Tsoutsouros beach for a quick swim. Enjoy lunch in a taverna and relax for 2 hours. Drive to Skinias village for coffee and return to your hotel. Overnight.
Breakfast. Transfer to Heraklion Port, to go on a mini-cruise to the island of Spinalonga. The remains of its Venetian fortifications and ghostly leper barracks untouched through the centuries lie silently opposite Elounda's coast. The Venetian Castle in Crete was never conquered during the Turkish occupation. A guided tour will tell you the sorrowful destiny of the isle.
Rejoin the boat and sail to Kolokytha Bay where you will have free time to swim in the crystal waters before a BBQ lunch. Enjoy a short stop in the quiet, picturesque town of Agios Nikalaos before returning to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight.
