Day 1 - Rajkot
Arrive Rajkot Airport where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, take a tour of the city covering attractions like Kaba Gandhi no Delo - Gandhiji's ancestral home, Watson Museum and library which displays relics from 2000 BC to the 19th Century, Lal Pari Lake and Randerda, a picnic spot. Overnight.

Day 2 - Rajkot - Junagarh - Sasangir
This morning, leave by road for Sasan gir, the last remaining habitat of the Asiatic Lion. Enroute visit Junagarh. The city is located at the foot of the Girnar hills, 355km south west of state capital Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. The Uparkot Fort, located on a plateau in the middle of the town, was originally built during the Mauryan dynasty by Chandragupta in 319 BCE. It was covered over for 300 years, and then rediscovered in 976 CE. The fort was besieged 16 times over an 800-year period. An inscription with 14 Edicts of Ashoka is found on a large boulder within 2km of Uperkot Fort

Visit Damodar Kund a sacred bathing tank situated at the base of great Girnar Mountain. Arrive at Sasangir. Overnight.

Day 3 - Sasangir
In the morning visit this famous wildlife sanctuary. The count of 2,375 distinct fauna species of Gir includes about 38 species of mammals, around 300 species of birds, 37 species of reptiles and more than 2,000 species of insects.

Sasangir is the home of Asiatic Lions, Indian Leopards, Sloth bears, Jungle cats, Striped Hyenas, Golden Jackals, Indian Mongoose. The main herbivores of Gir are Chital, Nilgai, Sambar, Four-horned Antelope, Chinkara and Wild boar.
Overnight.

Day 4 - Sasangir - Veraval - Somnath - Diu
In the morning drive to Somnath, visiting Veraval, a fishing port, enroute. See the sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva at Somnath and continue to Diu. Overnight

Day 5 - Diu
This morning visit the town of Diu, with its distinctive Portuguese buildings and relaxed atmosphere. In the afternoon, visit Nagoa beach. Overnight.

Day 6 - Diu - Palitana - Bhavnagar
Early morning drive to Palitana a major pilgrimage centre for Jains. There are more than 1300 temples exquisitely carved in marble, located on the Shatrunjaya hills. Drive to Bhavnagar. Overnight

Day 7 - Bhavnagar
In the morning visit Gaurishankar Lake, the Takhteshwar Temple located on a hill with a breathtaking view and the Lock Gate which is situated in a dockyard of the city that was built 100 years ago. It is a very old dry dock which is still operational and is presently used for ships. Overnight.

Day 8 - Bhavnagar - Lothal - Ahmedabad
Morning drive to Ahmedabad, visit Lothal, a seaport on the way. It is one of the most important archaeological sites in India of the Harappan Era, dating back to the 2nd millennium BC. Lothal was an ancient important port on the subcontinent. Arrive Ahmedabad for overnight.

Day 9 - Ahmedabad
Morning check out and transfer to the airport.
