 Day 1 - SrinagarArrive Srinagar where you will be met by our representative and transferred to your deluxe houseboat. Afternoon free. In the evening take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake to enjoy the sunset. Overnight. Breakfast. This morning enjoy a half day tour of the world famous Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). Return to houseboat for hot lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake seeing Char Chinar, floating vegetable gardens and more. Overnight. After breakfast, leave for Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) which is one of the most beautiful resorts in the valley (60 km/2 hrs). Its golf course is the highest in the world. Enjoy spectacular views of snow capped mountain peaks, fir trees and green meadows. Take a Gondola ride (cable car) to Khilanmarg (Valley of Shepherds) for a breathtaking view of Nanga Parbat or take a sledge ride down the snowy slopes. Overnight. After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam (149 km). Drive past saffron fields and the Avantipur ruins, a 1100 year old temple. Arrive and check - in at your hotel. This afternoon explore Pahalgam on your own. Overnight. Full day free to enjoy the beauty of Pahalgam or take an optional excursion to Chandanwari or Aru for a magnificent view of Lidder Valley. Overnight. After breakfast, drive to Srinagar (94 km/2 hrs). Arrive and check - in at your hotel. Afternoon free for shopping for beautiful Kashmiri handicrafts. Overnight. Breakfast. Full day excursion to Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold) (83 km/2 hrs). in the beautiful Sindh Valley, surrounded by flowering meadows and mountains. Fish for Trout and Mahseer. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight. Transfer to the airport. End of tour Add on Vaishno Devi to your Kashmir holiday! Jammu- Katra-Jammu Arrive Jammu airport/railway station and transfer to Hotel Asia Jammu. In the afternoon, enjoy local sightseeing of Jammu. Overnight. (50 kms/2½hrs ) Drive early in the morning to Katra and check in at Hotel Asia Shripati. After refreshing, leave for Mata Devi Darshan. Return to your hotel around mid-night /early morning.
